Precisely on Thursday 18 October, President Napolitano promulgated thedefinitive text of the law decree commonly called Growth 2.0with which the reforms of the so-called are carried out Digital Agenda.
This fundamental and long-awaited provision really touches many areas of Italian legislation on innovation and digitization of the country (digital identity, open data, transport, education, digital health, digital divide, e-money, digital justice, research, smart communities, startups innovations, new infrastructures…) and brings succulent novelties (among which – listen, listen! – the provision of specific sanctions for Public Administration officials who do not respect the criteria already established seven years ago by the CAD, Digital Administration Code). From a synthesis viewpoint, I would like to point out the quite a few innovations on the subject of openness.
