Open government is a process which, in order to be fully implemented, must necessarily be based on three protagonists: the public administration, businesses and civil society. Everyone must do their part and above all must demonstrate that they know how to implement what they ask of others. From the Stati Generali dell'Innovazione association comes a real Manifesto for the transparency of NGOs, open to membership and contribution, with the aim of becoming an international proposal at the next meeting on the Open Government Partnership in Rome.
