PA, Marzano: a plan for innovation

A strategic plan for public administration innovation, "which is the result of a reasoned and weighted study and above all is shared and multi-party to ensure its continuity even if the governments take turns".

But rather than thinking only in terms of cuts, perhaps more can be done and start afresh from a shared and long-term analysis.
