DIGITAL ITALY SUMMIT 2022: from 17 to 19 October in Rome

From 17 to 19 October, the seventh edition of the “DIGITAL ITALY SUMMIT 2022”, which has established itself over the years as one of the most authoritative forums in which companies, the government, the public administration, universities and research centers discuss strategies to accelerate the innovation processes of our country. States General of Innovation is one of the official sponsors of the initiative.

«Geopolitical turbulence, inflation, energy crisis, shortage of raw materials and components – explains a note from the promoters – today impose decisive choices on our ruling classes to avoid falling back into the tunnel of recession. The ability to ride technological discontinuity to advance digital innovation and ecological transition in the public and private sectors is a fundamental part of these choices, and PNRR investments are today the key to a concrete and profound transformation of our economy and our society».

"DIGITAL ITALY SUMMIT 2022" and the Annual Report (which will be presented at the Opening Ceremony) are organized according to the mission structure of the PNRR. It will be an opportunity to check the progress of digital investments not only related to Mission 1, but also those - very important - incorporated in the other 5 Missions.  A a real "Summit of the Summits", therefore, structured in six thematic areas:

The “Opening Session”;

The “Blue & Green Transition Summit”;

The “Cybersecurity Summit”;

The “CIO Panel”;

The “PA Summit”;

The “The Innovation and Telco Summit”

The VII Edition of the "Digital Italy Summit" represents the completion of a year of work of the "Digital Italy Program", in which ICT industry leaders and many of the most significant Italian and international experts and opinion leaders of transition and digital transformation. The conclusions of this work will be collected in a Final Report, published by the Maggioli Group, entitled “Digital Italy 2022: Green, Blue and the PNRR”, which will be illustrated in the presence of the Minister for Technological Innovation and Digital Transition during the Opening Ceremony of the Summit (October 17) and delivered to the participants.
