The goal is to increase awareness and knowledge of the usefulness of using innovative Earth Observation tools and of the geospatial and dynamic representation of the information produced by them. These tools can bring a very appreciable added value in the context of carrying out the ordinary activities of the "end users" and for the pursuit of their objectives, including business ones.

Copernicus, the program User Driven of the European Commission, collects data and information from multiple sources, such as satellites and land, sea and airborne sensors for Earth observation and beyond; then it integrates and elaborates all this, also through modeling of the observed phenomena, providing users, both institutional and public as pertaining to the private enterprise sector, reliable and updated information through a series of services pertaining to the environment, the territory and the safety. A particular commitment is aimed at training initiatives to allow professionals, public operators, third sector associations and citizens to take advantage of the services dedicated to them.
