Fulvio Ananasso, electronic engineer, has over 40 years of experience in telecommunications / ICT – general management, international negotiations and operations, open innovation, marketing, promotion & business development, … -, with interdisciplinary coverage of technological, legal and socio-economic aspects .
He has held various managerial positions in industry and services — Marketing Director, Research Director, Iridium Program Office Director (personal communications via satellite constellations), General Manager / Chief Executive Officer of Iridium Italia (a Telecom Italia group company for Iridium satellites in Europe and South America).
In the public sector, he was Associate Professor at the University of Rome-Tor Vergata (1987÷1990) and General Director of Studies and Research of the Authority for Communications Guarantees (AGCOM, 2007÷2012).
Since 2013 he has been providing advisory & interim management services (telecommunications & future internet economy), he is an entrepreneur and mentor of ICT-driven initiatives, taking care of entrepreneurial training and open innovation for the development and acceleration of startups and small-medium enterprises.
Author of numerous international publications on planning, development and regulatory / market aspects of electronic communication / ICT systems and services, he is President of the Stati Generali dell'Innovazione Association, Councilor of the Information Technology Executives Club and member of AM/ FM GIS Italy.

Graduated in ""Publishing, Media and Journalism"" with a thesis on the dissemination plan of European projects, he worked for over 10 years as a consultant in this sector, developing a particular expertise in the design, implementation and coordination of educational projects and in the field of professional training.
In recent years he has developed a particular interest in the exploitation of digital innovations in the social and cultural fields, conceiving and coordinating initiatives such as the Social Hackathon Umbria and Expo ASL Cultura (the first review of projects by Alternanza Scuola Lavoro Culturale), as well as being nominated member of the board of ALL DIGITAL, a European NGO that works in the field of promotion and development of digital skills for all citizens.
Paul Russo
Founding member of the association and its Secretary since 2014. Interdisciplinarity, transculturality, innovation and values of the "open" world are the common thread that links the different phases of his more than twenty years of professional activity.
Since 2014 he has mainly been involved in innovation in the digital cultural heritage sector, after having conceived and tested the "museater" model in the USA.
In 2008 he started operating in the USA, where he is still CEO of IMDA USA and has collaborated for several years with the Department of State Delaware on cultural and commercial exchange projects with Italy.
From 2001 to 2007 he directed UNCEM Services, dealing with the conception, drafting and management of territorial development and technological innovation projects for the union of the Mountain Communities. He has also carried out extensive institutional lobbying activities, through the appointment in numerous government commissions, including the SPC Commission, the II Open Source Commission and the Permanent Concertation Table for IT.
Graduated in Mathematics coming from classical studies, for almost thirty years now he has considered himself an unemployed quantum mechanic who tries to occupy his free time in an interesting way.
Hugh Bonelli
For years he has been involved in the analysis and evaluation of public policies on eGovernment and the Information Society, with particular reference to innovation and simplification in relations between the PA and companies. Innovation economist, he subsequently specialized with a Cefriel/Polimi Master in technical-economic management of public and private information assets; he followed, as manager of the Rome office of Assintel, the project of the Electronic Identity Card (CIE) and, subsequently, as consultant/collaborator of the CNIPA (National Center for IT of the PA - now AGiD Agency for Digital Italy ) the implementation of online device services displayed on the national portal for businesses "impresa.gov.it" (now impresainungiorno.it).
He has recently begun to deepen the Open Government and Open data paradigm as a member of the panel of experts supporting the Lombardy Region in defining the regional action plan; on the subject of the Digital Agenda, he carried out technical assistance activities for the chamber system as a consultant for Retecamere and DINTEC (Consortium for Technological Innovation. He carries out teaching and training activities on the same topics.
He collaborated with Lazio Innova SpA and BIC Lazio for the evaluation and monitoring of innovation projects (Lazio Open Data tender for PAs and SMEs and others) under the Lazio POR-FESR 2007-2014.
He currently collaborates with AgID (Agency for Digital Italy) on activities related to the rationalization of the ICT assets of the Italian Public Administration and the development and migration of the Cloud PA model following the approval of the Three-Year Plan for PA IT 2017 -2019.
From 23 December 2016 to 12 December 2017 he held the position of President of the association.

Philosopher, manager, organizational development consultant, trainer, coach and philosophical consultant, she has more than thirty years of work experience. He has always worked in the HR field, holding managerial positions in large companies and in a large consultancy multinational. For some years she has chosen to experiment as a freelancer and then as an entrepreneur dedicating herself to strategic consultancy in the field of social and organizational innovation, people development and coaching www.bottegafilosofica.it .
Graduated in Philosophy and specialized in business ethics, in consultancy and philosophical practice and in systemic thinking, works by combining the peculiar point of view and methods of the 'practicing' philosopher with consolidated training and experience of a corporate nature.
Having a strong aptitude for innovation and the construction from scratch of organizational and management systems, she has dealt with numerous start-ups of companies or business sectors and has managed many complex projects of design and implementation of methodologies and systems for HR and of change management.
He is a teacher in the Master in Relational ethics, philosophy in practice and philosophical counseling of the Roma Tre University.
He is president of the Lazio Delegation of the AIF (Italian Association of Trainers), national vice president of ManagerZen, founding partner of Stewardship Italy, co-founder of Italian Society for Philosophy in Practice of which she is president, co-founder and president of Higher School of Philosophy in Practice and of Popular school of philosophy and citizenship soul spaces, it is in the network WISTER.
John Piscolla
Expert in ICT technologies for Public Administrations, a sector in which in 36 years of activity he has gained multiple experiences (technical, managerial, relationship, acquisition and project management).
In particular, he has managed IT service companies, contributed to the conception and implementation of innovative projects, participated in institutional committees and working groups, supported, trained and assisted administrators and officials.
He is currently involved in the development and management of training and social and cultural innovation projects in the territories and in schools.
He is a member of the Coordination Committee of the Stati Generali dell'Innovazione Association and actively works in the DiCultHer Network.
Morena Ragone
Jurist, PhD in pedagogy - with a research project on social media in the PA - he has practiced as a lawyer for many years. An expert in law applied to the web and new technologies, she has dedicated herself to the study of data and digital administration. He co-designed the II Level University Master in "Data Science", joint between the Polytechnic of Bari and the University of Bari - first edition in March 2017 - in which he is responsible and lecturer in the "Data and Law" module. She is a lecturer and speaker at sector conferences and trainer for the public administration and the private sector. It publishes specialized in-depth articles on various publications (ForumPA, Agenda Digitale, Wired, My Solution Post). She was co-founder and board member of the Wikitalia Association and is one of the promoters of the States General of Innovation. In the Puglia Region she was responsible for Actions 6.1.6, 6.1.7 and 6.1.1.3 of the OP FESR PUGLIA 2007-2013; currently, he is responsible for sub-action 3.8.a of the POR FESR-FSE Puglia 2014-2020 "Enhancement of the Public Guarantee System" - Financial Instruments.
