The feasibility study for the European Certificate of Digital Competences (EDSC) based on the European Digital Competence Framework (DigComp).
The aim is to enable easier certification and recognition of digital skills by governments, employers and other stakeholders across Europe. There are several planned consultation activities (including surveys, interviews and workshops) which will be conducted by NTT Data, All Digital and Empirica with the coordination of the European Commission, Directorate General Joint Research Centre. Participation in these activities is open to anyone interested in the topic.
