Members and competencies of Stati Generali dell’Innovazione have been steadily increasing to far more than one hundred presently – mostly highly skilled professionals, widespread across the Nation.
The vast majority of those members own university (master) degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), as well as philosophers, sociologists, economists, etc.. A subset of those own PhD degree and/or post-Doc or University Professorship.
Most of our members are in key positions in Local and Central Public Administrations, academy, private companies, onlus, …, or journalists, entrepreneurs, influencers, etc.
Altogether, Stati Generali dell’Innovazione can offer a hard-to-replicate, impressive “brain power” competencies mix, unprecedented set of high level, skilled-in-the-art professionals with inter- / multi-disciplinary competencies and expertise, able to study, assess, evaluate, design, most of the topics and issues relevant to both institutional and industrial aspects of Innovation at large.
With the expansion of the territorial presence of SGI Members in almost all the Italian Regions, the main office (headquarters) in Rome was flanked by a secondary one (Piedmont), with the intention of starting a process of aggregation of other groups of members in additional hubs across the Country, also (co)organizing itinerant events.
Such widespread scattering of SGI members across the Italian territory has been dictating since some time to utilize more and more virtual presence interaction among members, through e-collaboration, co-working & messaging / videoconferencing web platforms, etc. Even General Assemblies have been held online – like the one 7-to-12 December 2017 to get members’ opinion about the new project-based line of development, and vote to renew the Association’s corporate positions. The online mode of participation (already used in various Assemblies of Stati Generali dell’Innovazione, based on randomly generated anonymous individual tokens and continuously improving security procedures to prevent possible threats) makes the Association rather “innovative” itself as compared to other realities that still do not exploit the web platform potential, allowing active and continuous participation of members spread throughout the national territory.
