The Stati Generali dell'Innovazione Association, together with the University of Bari, organizes the conference "Innovation Policies, Third Mission and Territorial Development” on the topics of innovation related to the growth of the territory and of SMEs, as part of the University Conference organized to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the University of Bari.
This event will also be an opportunity to announce the birth of SGI Puglia.
The conference will be held on the day 19 January 2015 from 15.00 to 19.30 at the Multifunctional Center of the University of Bari (ex Palazzo delle Poste in Piazza Cesare Battisti).

The event, opened by Flavia Marzano (President of SGI) and Giuseppe Pirlo (referee of the University of Bari for the Digital Agenda and Smart City), foresees, coordinated by Nello Iacono (Vice President of SGI), two parallel Open Talks entitled
- “How to make SMEs more innovative” (shaker: Massimo Zotti; rapporteuse: Morena Ragone);
- "How to facilitate the transition of young people to the innovative entrepreneurial dimension" (shaker: Giovanni Semeraro, rapporteuse: Milly Tucci).

A Round Table will follow on the two topics under discussion, moderated by Flavia Marzano and with the participation, among others, of Loredana Capone (Councillor of the Puglia Region), Michele Emiliano (Centre-Left Candidate for the Presidency of the Puglia Region), Francesco Schittulli (Candidate center-right to the Presidency of the Puglia Region), Annibale D'Elia (manager of the Puglia Region), Antonio De Caro (mayor of Bari), Alessandro Delli Noci (Councillor of the Municipality of Lecce), Diego De Lorenzis (deputy).
