Infrastructural or cultural? The real Italian gap in the path towards innovation does not seem to lie in the offer of technology. This and much more was discussed during the first meeting of the Consult Permanent innovation, organized on 16 March in Rome by the Stati Generali dell'Innovazione association. Among the topics on the agenda: broadband, digital literacy, culture of innovation, open data, smart cities and smart communities, new national policy and change projects.
